Your first shipment is billed at 25% off. Starting with your second shipment, your membership renews at the full price of $39.99 per delivery, shipped automatically every 30 days.
Envy Membership includes a 3-month minimum term. During that time, you can pause or skip an individual shipment anytime from your account. Once your 3-month minimum term is complete, you can cancel anytime — see our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, please allow 5–12 days for delivery. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen once a package is in the carrier's hands and are outside our control.
We offer a 60-day window from your delivery date to report a shipment that arrived damaged. If your order was damaged in shipping, contact us within 60 days with photos of the damage, and we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Opening or using the product does not affect this — what matters is whether it arrived damaged. Refunds are not available for any other reason, including changing your mind, no longer wanting the product, or simply not having opened it. Only shipping damage qualifies.
Because your first shipment is already discounted 25%, it is final sale. Refunds or replacements on a first shipment are only available if the package was damaged in shipping or never received.
